Go to the taskbar and start up the Control Panel.

Click on Network and Dial-up Connections.

Double click on Make New Connection. You should then see the following Network Connection Wizard.

Click Next

Select Dial-up to the Internet, so that your screen looks like this. Click Next

Enter the local telephone number your computer will be dialing to connect to Dependanet. Click Next

You may select either For all users or Only for myself. In either case the connection will work.

You will now create a name for your new dial-up connection icon. The box under "Type the name you want to use for this connection:" is highlighted. Enter the name Dependanet.

Check the box next to "Add a shortcut to my desktop" if you want a shortcut on your desktop to this connection. Now click Finish
